Many thanks for the time you invested with the sales team yesterday. The session was very well received and the feedback from the team could not have been more positive. We had a great sales day yesterday which was further testament to the quality of the session as all advisors returned to the office motivated to succeed with fresh ideas and with some of the fundamental rules of success back at the forefront of their minds.
We have used a number of freelance training consultants in the past who have done a good job but this feels different because it was delivered by an experienced sales trainer who has industry knowledge and experience and is involved in running a sales business so we found a lot of the content to be highly relevant and the tips to be based on practical experience rather than theory.
One of our advisors, Alex Brown has asked to start working for David Spear as a result of the session. He began talking to your customers today and will be writing to you tomorrow to let you know why he wants to get involved and to give you some feedback on how things have started.

One thing I was really pleased with particularly was the fact that the teams have been able to identify themselves where they need to improve – these are things which have been apparent to me for some time, but it needed them to come to the realization on their own, and make the commitment to change in order to really do something about it – and give them the will / want and tools to go about it!

As we did in the south we received some fantastic feedback regarding your talk – it was motivating and inspirational as intended and will certainly have provided them with much to tell their staff back at the offices.
We were looking for someone to motivate our conference delegates at the very end of a tiring, full on, two day event – we did advise Laurence that this would be a tough call as in past years all that is on the delegates minds by Friday lunchtime is getting home for the weekend.
However Laurence rose to the challenge, lifted the room and this year I felt they all left truly motivated.
