Cardiff communications agency rebrands to deliver a bigger, better media & training service to businesses across the M4 corridor

Times are changing for one Cardiff based communications agency. The agency, known for delivering a selection of unique media services, has rebranded to M4 Media & Training.

The rebranding and repositioning is part of an ambitious and exciting expansion plan to help businesses across the area fulfil their potential and drive growth by developing the teams, tools and processes within. The firm, which was set up in 2016 by media professional Laurence Winmill, will continue to supply services as a fully integrated agency. New and existing clients will however notice a few added extras. Alongside their original services, which include media, PR, creative services and video, the team at M4 will provide a long list of Institute of Sales Management (ISM) endorsed training services.

“Digital has changed everything, and it’s important for businesses to adapt and keep pace with the change in order to succeed. We have always provided some great services for advertising, PR and marketing, but having a fully endorsed ISM training programme allows us to support our clients’ sales and business development functions in line with their marketing strategies,” said CEO Laurence, a professional known for the creation of numerous brands including Swansea Life & Swansea Bay Business Life, and in 2016 full service media agency, M4 Media.

It was Laurence’s own skills, qualities and experiences as a transformational leader that inspired the agency’s new services. His most recent project saw him take on the role of Interim CEO at leading LCV dealership David Spear Commercial Vehicles. After two amazing years at David Spear, a revenue increase of 28% and unit sales growth of 30%, Laurence has recently stepped back into M4 Media & Training to deliver an extended list of strategic and tactical services to his wider client base.

M4 Media & Training will provide a diverse range of key training services, including business transformation and strategy, leadership and business development, sales, marketing, media, and communications.
